Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)

Sarvangasana, or the shoulder stand, stretches the back muscles, strengthens the arms and shoulders, and improves balance. It can also aid in weight loss by boosting metabolism and improving circulation.

How to Perform: Lie on your back with legs straight up and arms by your sides. Place your palms under your shoulders and lift your legs and torso into the air. Hold the position while breathing deeply to gain the full benefits.

Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

Dhanurasana, or the bow pose, is effective for weight loss and overall health. It massages internal organs, improves digestion, and helps release toxins.

How to Perform: Lie on your stomach with legs together and arms extended forward. Bend your knees and grasp your ankles with your hands. Lift your chest and legs off the ground, forming an arch with your body. Hold the position while inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly. Repeat 10 times daily.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

Bhujangasana helps with weight loss by improving digestion and reducing bloating. It strengthens the core muscles, increases blood flow, and enhances overall circulation.

How to Perform: Lie on your stomach with legs bent at the knees and feet together. Push up onto your hands, keeping elbows at 90 degrees and your chest lifted. Feel as though you’re pushing against an invisible wall behind your head. Lower yourself back down to the starting position.
